Pricing
Numbers before commitment. Always.
Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call, a proposal deck, and a follow-up sequence before you learn a single price. We do it backwards: audit first, plain numbers second, and a working mockup of your actual site before you’ve signed anything.
How our pricing works
Every engagement starts with the free audit. We look at your site, your rankings, your Google Business Profile, and your competition — then quote exactly what we’d do and exactly what it costs. Website builds are quoted as a project; ongoing SEO is quoted monthly. No long-term contract is required to hear the numbers, and no long-term contract is required to work with us. We keep clients with results, not paperwork.
If the numbers work for you, we build a working mockup of your actual site — your business, your services, your cities — and walk you through the measurable differences before you commit. You approve it, we push it live, and the ranking work starts the same day.
What moves the price up or down
- Market competitiveness. Ranking a specialist in Taylorsville and ranking a law firm in uptown Charlotte are different fights, and they shouldn’t cost the same. Anyone quoting a flat package before seeing your market is selling the package, not the outcome.
- Geographic footprint. Every city you want customers from needs its own pages, signals, and tracking. A single-town business and a fifteen-town service area are different builds — though our static architecture makes expansion far cheaper than it would be anywhere else.
- Where you’re starting from. A technically clean site is a foundation; a slow template site is demolition before construction. The audit tells us — and you — which one you have.
- Scope of services. A website build, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile and review management, and marketing campaigns can each stand alone or stack. You buy what your situation actually calls for.
What you’ll never pay for
- Template licensing dressed up as design. Every site is written from a blank file. There’s no theme cost hidden in the invoice because there’s no theme.
- Plugin maintenance retainers. Static sites have nothing to patch at 2 AM, so we never bill you for babysitting a plugin stack.
- Reports as a product. Reporting is included and written in plain English. If a month’s report can’t name what was done and what moved, you shouldn’t be billed for it — so we don’t.
- Exit fees or hostage situations. You own your code, your accounts, your domain, and your data from day one. Leaving us costs nothing, which is exactly why clients don’t.
Why we don’t post a package grid
You’ve seen the three-column pricing tables — Bronze, Silver, Gold. They exist because packages are easy to sell, not because your market comes in three sizes. We’d rather spend thirty minutes auditing your actual situation and give you a number that means something. It costs you nothing to get it, and you’ll leave the conversation knowing where you stand even if you never hire us.
